What are the most French-speaking boroughs in Montreal?
I'm planning on moving there in the fall and I'd like to be somewhere primarily Francophone to improve my French speaking. I know Outrement and Mount Royal are pretty pricey so I'd like to avoid those areas. Any Montreal residents who can help me out...?
